Free Image Tools for Social Media
Resize, compress, watermark, and crop your images for every social media platform — all for free, right in your browser.
Getting your images right for social media means more than just posting a photo. Every platform has different recommended dimensions, file size limits, and aspect ratios. Uploading the wrong size leads to awkward crops, blurry images, and a less professional look that hurts engagement.
QuickImg provides all the tools you need to prepare images for Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok. Everything runs in your browser with no sign-up, no watermarks, and no upload limits. Your photos stay on your device the entire time.
Resize Image
Resize images to exact social media dimensions. Set custom width and height for Instagram posts (1080x1350), YouTube thumbnails (1280x720), Facebook covers (820x312), and more.
Use Tool → ⚡Compress Image
Reduce file sizes for faster uploads and better quality. Compressing before uploading gives you control over quality instead of letting the platform’s aggressive re-compression degrade your image.
Use Tool → 💧Add Watermark
Protect your content with text or image watermarks. Control position, opacity, size, and rotation. Batch watermark dozens of images at once for consistent branding.
Use Tool → ✂️Crop Image
Crop to exact aspect ratios for any platform. Use presets for 1:1 (Instagram square), 4:5 (Instagram portrait), 16:9 (YouTube and Twitter), or set a custom ratio.
Use Tool → 🔄Convert Image
Convert between JPEG, PNG, and WebP. Turn HEIC photos from your iPhone into universally compatible JPEG files ready for any platform.
Use Tool → 🔄Rotate & Flip
Fix image orientation, rotate by any angle, or flip horizontally for mirror selfies. Quick adjustments before posting to get the composition right.

Follow this process to get the best results when preparing images for social media:
- Crop your image to the target aspect ratio first. Use 4:5 for Instagram feed posts (maximum feed real estate), 16:9 for YouTube thumbnails and Twitter, or 9:16 for Stories and Reels.
- Resize to the platform’s recommended pixel dimensions. For example, 1080 x 1350 for Instagram portrait posts or 1280 x 720 for YouTube thumbnails.
- Add a watermark if you want to protect original content or reinforce your brand. Position it where it is visible but does not obstruct the main subject.
- Compress at 80-85% quality. This keeps the image looking sharp while reducing file size, giving you more control than the platform’s automatic re-compression.
Batch processing is supported across all tools, so you can prepare an entire week of content in minutes. Every tool is completely free, runs in your browser, and requires no account or installation.
