Short version: the tools are free for personal and commercial work, your images stay yours, and there is no warranty. The rest is detail.
Using QuickImg
By using QuickImg you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
Every tool is free for personal and commercial work. There is no account, no quota and no watermark, and we do not ask for payment for any output you produce.
Your images stay yours
You keep full ownership of everything you open and everything you produce. We claim no licence over it, because we never receive it: the processing happens on your device, as the privacy policy describes.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for what you process and for having the right to process it. Do not use QuickImg for material that is unlawful, that infringes someone else’s rights, or that depicts the abuse of children.
Do not attempt to disrupt the site or the services it depends on. Since the tools run in your browser, anything you do runs on your own machine — that is not licence to use the site as a staging point against others.
No warranty
QuickImg is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Image processing can be lossy, AI models can produce wrong or unflattering results, and a browser can run out of memory on a large file.
Keep your originals. Do not use QuickImg as the only copy of anything you care about.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss of data, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Third parties
The page loads Google Analytics and Google AdSense, and the AI tools download their model from huggingface.co. Those services have their own terms and their own handling of your data, which we do not control. The privacy policy sets out what each one sees.
Open-source components
The AI tools run models published by others under the Apache License 2.0, and that licence asks for its notices to be carried along. With thanks:

Each remains the property of its authors and is used under the terms of its own licence. QuickImg does not redistribute the model files; your browser fetches them directly.
Changes
These terms may change; the date at the top of the page changes with them. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the updated terms.
